Kielder Caravan & Camping Site welcomes touring tents, caravans and motor caravans to its beautiful 75 pitch site.
A picturesque riverside camp site run by the local community since March 2004. Kielder camp site is a peaceful, friendly site with clean and tidy basic facilities. Fresh water supplied straight off the hill is cool and plentiful.
A small on-site shop provides basic grocery needs, camping gear & clothing.
Kielder – England’s most remote village and just 3 miles from the Scottish border, is in the heart of Britain’s largest forest.
Kielder offers an escape from the hustle & bustle of everyday life, it is a remote retreat in stunning surroundings with numerous walks and cycle trails.

understand the turbulent history of the Border Reivers.
Launch your own craft or hire a sail boat or canoe on Kielder Water.
Fish the lake, its bank or on the rivers.
Spot some of Kielder’s more elusive birds or animals - red squirrels, deer & foxes.

The village shop and post office is only a ten minute walk away in the village.
There is a local bike hire business with spares and repairs service

Directions
From A1 Newcastle, take A69 to Hexham.
After the Hexham roundabout take A6079 North to Wall and Bellingham.
After Wall turn Left on B6318 at Brunton.
At Chollerford take B6320 to Bellingham.
After crossing the River Tyne at Bellingham turn Left onto C200 for Lanehead,turn Left for Kielder.
Continue past Kielder Water to Kielder Village.
Drive through edge of village past the Station Garage on your Left.
Kielder Campsite is clearly signed on your Right after 500 yards.
